I want to return an item, how do I do this?

To initiate a return, you can contact us at the following email address: contact@carlyparis.fr

If your return is accepted, we will send you all the information necessary to send your return.

Return costs are your responsibility.

Items returned to us without prior validation will not be accepted.

Our return policy

Items purchased from Carly Paris can be returned within 20 days from the date your package was delivered.

During this period, you can try the product as in the store.

The product must be in the same condition you received it, in its original box, and must not be damaged in any way.

You are authorized to remove the product from its packaging.

Processing your return

Once your return is received, we will inspect the returned items.

The refund will be made as soon as possible, using the original payment method (used at the time of purchase).

You will have to cover the return shipping costs yourself.

Is the item received defective or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Don't panic! We accept exchanges.
